The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements re settling the issues that prevent from execution of administrative sanctions”

The legislative act amends several articles of Section IV of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements stipulating the possibility to substitute punishment in the form of public or corrective work with other types of sanctions (a fine or administrative arrest).

The law provides new versions of articles 3211 and3214 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.

The Law amends articles 322 and 325 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements.

The respective bill was registered under No. 0893.
